ABOUT MARK

Mark began his real estate career in 1998 working for a local real estate firm in Houston with only one other real estate agent. He watched the agency grow in size and stature to over 40 agents. 

His love for architecture and the history of neighborhoods and buildings has made him an incredible resource for buyers and sellers. Even more valuable is his passion for helping people. His career path almost led him to medical school in order to continue his volunteer work with mentally impaired patients.

“Finding the right house for my clients is somewhat like looking for a lost treasure,” says Holland . “You know it’s out there, you just have to be smart enough and care enough to go the distance for your clients. That’s why I sometimes talk my buyers out of properties. I encourage them to wait until we’ve found them the perfect place.”
